JBBR Pipeline is a 20-inch, 4.5 mile intrastate pipeline. The pipeline transports crude oil from the Joliet Terminal to a pipeline intersect serving area refiners. The pipeline corridor is wholly contained within Wills County, Illinois.

The Joliet Terminal is a unit train facility capable of unloading 85,000 barrels per day of crude oil.  The facility is located within a few miles of three major refinery complexes in the Chicago market and has direct pipeline access to one of these refineries.
